Psychometric test scoring demo
A talk by Dr Graham Tyler (Consultant Psychologist, PsyAsia International)
About this talk
In this unit, you will learn the basic principles and steps involved in scoring psychometric tests, including how to organise your materials, use marking keys and norm tables, and accurately record and convert raw scores into standard scores. Dr Tyler explains the practical process for various types of assessments, highlights common issues to watch for, and clarifies how to use different answer sheets and acetates. You will also gain an understanding of scoring both ability and personality questionnaires within assessment packs.
